How do I personalize my lake map or other art?
After adding a product to your cart, you'll be able to enter your custom location details including the lake name, coordinates, and any special text you'd like included.

How should I choose my photo for engraving?
Head over to our Photo Engraving Tips page and follow the guidelines. 

How long does customization take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $225. ALl other shipping is priced by weight. Watch for our free shipping specials throughout the year!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Product Care

How should I care for my wood piece?
To maintain the beauty of your handcrafted piece, avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.  All art is intended for indoor use, unless otherwise stated in the description. 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
